Help Desk Request

ID Badges

If you are looking to obtain a new badge and/or have a badge created, you will need to follow the link to submit a Tech Department Help Desk.

Once in the Help Desk Portal:

  1. Enter Name, Email, & Phone Number
  2. Select “Yes” on urgency question
  3. Select “MIS Request” on category request
  4. Enter information – State your coaching position within the Lakeland Athletic Department, state what you are looking for (example – In need of a new ID badge for Lakeland High School and/or Middle School. Will need athletic access to designated building(s). Please give completed badge to Athletic Director, Roman Smith.)
  5. Once you submit the request, if you are a NEW coach to the Lakeland Athletic Department, you will need to submit a head-shot picture for your ID Badge to our Technology Director immediatelyBadges are not able to be made until photo identification is sent. Email Photo ID to mglick@lakelandlakers.net
    1. Subject Line – Athletic ID Badge.
    2. Body of Email -“Photo Identification for (Insert Name) Athletic ID Badge.”
    3. Attach Picture.

If you need to reset your email password, or put in any other technology request please utilize the Help Desk Portal as well.

  1. Enter Name, Email, & Phone Number
  2. Select “Yes” on urgency question
  3. Select “MIS Request” on category request
  4. Enter information – State your coaching position within the Lakeland Athletic Department, state what you are looking for (example – In need of a password reset on my lakelandlakers.net email account).
