Lakers News · Brayden Bontrager Sets Career Scoring Mark

In the 2nd Quarter of Thursday night’s game against Northridge, Lakeland Senior Brayden Bontrager made Lakeland Basketball history by breaking the Lakeland Boys Basketball program scoring record.  Bontrager’s ‘3’ just a minute into the 2nd quarter gave the senior 1,529 career points, passing his brother Camron Bontrager’s previous mark of 1,528.  Camron, a 2018 graduate was on hand to present Brayden with a commemorative ball to celebrate the accomplishment.

Congratulations to Brayden, his family, teammates, and coaches on this historic accomplishment.
